Soya Seekh Kebab Recipe
Mildly spiced soya and oatmeal kebab.

Ingredients
- 50+20gram soya flakes
- 2tsp soaked chana dalBengal gram
- 2tsp Oatmeal/Corn flour
- 2 medium onions
- 1 medium carrot
- 4 medium beans
- 2 Green chilies
- 1/2tsp coriander powder
- 1/2tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2tsp red chili powder
- 1tsp garam masala
- 2tsp Limejuice or Vinegar
- 2tsp soybean oil
- A sprig of Coriander leaves
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Soak the soya flakes in water for about 5 minutes.
- Boil Bengal gram, 50-gram soya flakes, finely chopped carrots and beans for 5 minutes.
- Add un-soaked flakes, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, green chilies and garam masala to the above. Grind into paste.
- Add oatmeal, oil, salt and remaining spices. Make a paste and let it stand for 1 hour.
- Grease your hands. Skew the mix on skewers and grill in the pre-heated oven for 10 minutes at 220 C, occasionally turning them, to evenly brown on all sides.
- Serve hot with spring onions and tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
